Madison Square Garden will host another edition of the Jimmy V Classic, a four-team one-night only basketball showcase between four recognizable college basketball programs. The showcase, which ultimately has the objective of raising money for The V Foundation for Cancer Research, will have the West Virginia Mountaineers face the Virginia Cavaliers, followed by the Maryland Terrapins and the Connecticut Huskies playing the latter half of the doubleheader.

Virginia will be tested one more time before the Jimmy V Classic, facing Ohio State on the road during the ACC-Big 10 Challenge.

Maryland is also perfect but will also have a tough road game before the Jimmy V Classic, as they hit the road in a high profile top-10 game against the North Carolina Tar Heels during the ACC-Big 10 Challenge. UConn has ranked in the preseason AP Top 25, but as mentioned earlier, lost back-to-back games to Syracuse and Gonzaga to bring their record to 4-2 heading into this week.
