Pro Wrestling Bro! Matt Riddle officially signs with WWE, bro by Daniel Yanofsky August 19, 2018 The Bro is in the building! After months of speculation, and rumors growing stronger in the weeks leading up to SummerSlam weekend, Matt Riddle is official a WWE star. At NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn last night, all was calm in the crowd. All of a sudden, chants of “Bro!” reigned through the Barclays Center. It was then that WWE cameras showed Riddle in the crowd, a tradition for new WWE signees. He wore a suit, uncommon for the bro, before showing off his signature hat and flip flops to the excited crowd in Brooklyn. NXT. IS. BRO. It is safe to say that Triple H knows great talent when he sees it and will always keep a tab on what is going on outside of WWE. Riddle was one of the most sought-after wrestlers on the independent scene. A former UFC fighter, Riddle adapted easily to the pro wrestling style and became a fan favorite. Now, he joins several of his friends from the independent scene (ex: Keith Lee) in NXT. Are you ready for NXT to become the Bro Show?
