Canelo v. Jacobs To Be Streamed Live In Select Movie Theaters

Grab some popcorn and candy, as movie theaters will give fans a chance to watch two dominant fighters collide.

Avengers: Endgame won’t be the only hottest ticket at the movies. The superfight between Canelo Alvarez and Daniel Jacobs will be streamed live at select movie theaters all across the United States.

The undercard, which is headlined by fights like Sadam Ali v. Anthony Young and Vergil Ortiz Jr. v. Mauricio Herrera, will be featured as well. Fans can watch the broadcast when it begins at 9:00 p.m. ET.

“We are proud to partner again with our friends at Golden Boy to bring this unification bout to cinemas nationwide,” said Fathom Events CEO Ray Nutt. “Fight fans have loved watching Canelo on big screen, and we expect them to really enjoy this battle with Daniel Jacobs.”

What theaters will you be able to watch the middleweight title fight in? You can find out by entering your zip code at the Fathom Events Digital Broadcast Network site. What better way to watch the fight than with some popcorn?

Canelo v. Jacobs will be taking place on May 4 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The former will be defending his WBC, WBA, Lineal and Ring Magazine Middleweight Titles while Jacobs will be defending his IBF Middleweight Title.
