Hockey Devils Welcome New Partner and #OneJersey Anchor Sponsor, Investors Bank by Kelly Lynn December 1, 2016 (Photo by Catalina Fragoso – Double G Media) It might have been a rainy Tuesday, but the New Jersey Devils pressed forward with their announcement that they have officially partnered with Investors Bank, New Jersey’s largest bank. The press conference was not only about the partnership with Investors, that will make them the Devils official bank, but, the New Jersey Devil’s commitment to #OneJersey, their initiative to represent, engage, and inspire all communities throughout the state. Investors joins RWJ Barnabas as an anchor sponsor of this movement. Through the #OneJersey initiative the Devils Organization, Prudential Center and Investors Bank made a donation in the amount of $10,000 to the St. John’s Food Pantry in Newark. Not only is it a special organization for the Devils as it is right in their own backyard but Investors has a long relationship with the Food Pantry it, was the first charitable organization Investors worked with and still do as they as company volunteers are there on a bi-weekly basis. This new partnership also brings a change to the 9-year-old Prudential Center, the entrance tower on the corner of Mulberry and Edison is now the “Investor’s Bank Tower” and no longer the “front door” as MC Kevin Weeks called it during his opening speech of the press conference. Along with its renaming, it will be lit green all year round in honor of its namesake. That was not it for the Devils’ concerning partnerships and their #OneJersey initiative, on Wednesday it was announced that they had resigned with JAG Physical Therapy. JAG has been part of the youth clinics and camps the Devils host and in addition to those events, JAG will help create a trainer tip series that will be featured in the arena and online under the new agreement.
