Double G Sports Girls – Kim

We would like to introduce you to yet another Double G Sports Girl. So far, you have met Andrea, Paola, Jackie, and Erica. Now it is time to meet North Jersey native, Kim. Kim competed in the initial competition to name Miss Double G Sports 2011, and while she did not come out on top she now remains as part of the team.

Modeling

How did you get started in modeling?

Modeling has become a recent hobby of mine. It is more of an extension of my passion for singing and acting because I enjoy any form of performing.

So far, what has been your favorite modeling shoot or experience and why?

My favorite shoot so far has been my individual shoot for the Double G Sports website because it took place at Lambert Castle at Garrett Mountain. I love the location because there are so many areas for great shots so you have a lot to work with.

What kinds of modeling are you most interested in and why?

I’m most interested in commercial modeling.

Being in shape is major in the entertaining business? Do you work out and if so, how rigorous is your routine?

I usually work out about three times a week depending on my schedule. I like to run 5K’s so if I am training for one, I need to run more often.

What are your goals as a model? How do you see yourself progressing in this field?

As of right now it is a hobby and something that I really enjoy. I love the creative aspect of it and seeing the transition of an idea to a finished product.

The shoot was fun and a good learning experience.

What can our readers expect from you as a Double G Sports Girl?

I have a fun, outgoing personality and I just love to have fun. A sense of humor is very important to me.

If you could play any sport professionally what would it be? For what team? What position would you play?

Though some people don’t consider it a sport, I would choose competitive cheerleading.

What are your hobbies?

Singing, song writing, acting.

What do you look for in a guy?

Looks are important because you have to be attracted to the person. But also a sense of humor and honesty are very important.

What dating advice would you give Double G Sports readers?

Just be yourself and don’t forget that you have to put yourself first. Don’t drop plans with friends or lose time for yourself just to hang out with a crush.

Who is your biggest athlete/celebrity crush?

I love Ryan Gosling, Ryan Reynolds, Wentworth Miller, Maks from Dancing with the Stars.

Who’s your girl crush?

Obsessed with Adriana Lima, she’s gorgeous! Also, Milla Jovovich, she’s bad ass.

What’s the worst job you ever had?

Telemarketing in a room with no windows, with only a phone book and a phone. haha. BORING!

What is your dream job?

Either being on Broadway or being a successful recording artist/song writer.

If you found $20 in your pocket, what would you spend it on?

Probably a Starbucks tall iced caramel macchiato.

Favorite TV show?

Too many to choose from. I’m a reality show junkie and I love my dramas, Desperate Housewives, Grey’s Anatomy.

Favorite Holiday?

New Year’s Eve

Favorite Movie?

Anchorman, Resident Evil movies, and Disney movies 🙂

Favorite Food?

Mac and cheese, sushi, pizza

Is there anything you think people would be surprised to know about you?

I have two tattoos.

What makes a woman sexy?

Confidence and independence.

What is your guiltiest pleasure?

Chips and sour cream and onion dip, or nachos.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

“You don’t have  to know exactly where you’re going, you just have to keep moving forward.”

Where is one place you’ve always wanted to travel?

Italy

Always changes. When I hear a great song, I play it over and over until I’m sick of it.

Any song, I love to dance!
