MMA Harlem’s Lyman Good returns to action at UFC 230 against Sultan Aliev The “Cyborg” will be fighting on a New York card for the second fight in a row by Daniel Yanofsky August 4, 2018 The last time Lyman Good fought inside an octagon, it was inside Long Island’s NYCB Live Nassau Coliseum. Like most Long Islander’s, he will now make the trek to New York City for his next fight. The “Cyborg” is scheduled to face Sultan Aliev at UFC 230. Newsday was the first to report the news. Good (19-4, 1NC) is 1-1 in the UFC, and lost his bout on Long Island at UFC on Fox 25 to Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos. The former Bellator and Cage Fury Fighting Welterweight Champion is hoping to put his anti-doping violation suspension behind him, and return to contending form. A former Sambo fighter, Sultan Aliev (14-3) is also looking to end his one-fight losing streak. He lost to Warlley Alves via second-round TKO at UFC 224. Another Bellator alum and Sambo champion, Aliev wants to try and go 2-2 since joining the UFC in 2015. UFC 230 takes place on November 3 inside Madison Square Garden. No main event has been announced yet. Post Views: 1,071 The following two tabs change content below.BioLatest Posts Daniel Yanofsky Baseball Editor, Misc. Sports Editor.
