Ian McCall (Bleacher Report) Another fight has been scrapped from UFC 208. Ian McCall had to withdraw from his match against Jarred Brooks due to illness. Per the UFC, the flyweight competitor has gastrointestinal issues and had to be transported to a hospital. Champions was first to report the unfortunate news. This is just another bad luck moment for McCall, who hasn’t fought since UFC 183 in 2015. Something seems to halt his momentum every chance he gets to fight. At UFC Fight Night 73, McCall had to be pulled due to injury. Before UFC 201 McCall’s fight got cancelled when his opponent, Justin Scoggins, did not make weight. Ray Borg got sick before his fight at UFC 203, and McCall himself was sick before a UFC Fight Night bout in Belfast. It’s been two years since his last fight, and you know it’s just eating him inside that this always happens. The curse of McCall continues. If there’s anyone to blame, its Chuck Mindenhall (don’t actually blame him, please). httpss://twitter.com/ChuckMindenhall/status/830483796805959680 Coverage for UFC 208 will start at 6:30pm with the FIGHT PASS prelims. The FS1 prelims then start at 8pm before the main card is LIVE on PPV at 10pm. Post Views: 1,500 The following two tabs change content below.BioLatest Posts Daniel Yanofsky Baseball Editor, Misc.
