The start of September means kids are back to school, football is in full swing, and fall golf is here.

It’s time to put your summer golf outfits in the closet and load up on new fall golf apparel items.

One of those outfitters, OGIO Golf, recently announced its fall collection and it has all the makings of a winning look.

“Today’s consumers are pressed for time, running from one activity to the next” said Tom Gocke, Global Vice President, OGIO Golf. “Our vision was to create a collection of apparel that was advanced in its golf functionality, yet appropriately styled for a day in the office.”

The Fall Collection, announced in mid-August, features seven different styles of polos, all designed in a variety of rich colors, clean styles and enhanced fabrics. With 21 different polo designs in the collection, each provide comfort and active performance features like UV protection, free motion stretch infusion, moisture wicking, anti-bacterial protection and a self-collar with stay and stand.

The new polos were designed to complement OGIO’s popular and stylish Knockdown pants. These lightweight, breathable and stretch-infused pants are constructed for the course, but styled for the street, with sleek lines in classic colors including black, mirage and lead. The polyester/spandex blended fabric provides moisture-wicking properties for cool, dry comfort. The stretch properties of this combination combined with the Gripper gel waistband ensures a perfect fit.

When those rounds enter the early evening with the winds picking up a bit and you decide to relax on the 19th hole patio or balcony, OGIO’s Kamden pullover has you covered.

Available in mulberry or black, the pullover features a chest zip pocket, a mid-weight free motion stretch-infused fabric and a concealed, contrasted half-zip front.

Another design, The Lachlan (available in lead/black), features a smooth face full zip front, complemented with a comfy, no pill, fleece backing, a right chest scorecard or glasses pocket and zippered side hand pockets.

“Our apparel line was designed specifically for golfers who have a life beyond golf” said Gocke. “As avid golfers ourselves, we knew we wanted to create a collection that transcended a traditional golf outfit. Based on our growth in this category, I believe we’ve achieved that.”

Don’t forget when the 2016-17 PGA Tour season kicks off on Oct. 13-16 at the Safeway Open at Silverado Country Club (North) in Napa, Calfiornia, make sure you check out these different looks worn by OGIO’s team of PGA Tour ambassadors: Aaron Baddeley, Kevin Streelman, and Chris Stroud.

The OGIO 2016 Fall Collection is available in premium golf and retail stores across the U.S. To view the entire collection, visit ogiogolf.com.
