Boxing Live Stream: Claressa Shields v. Christina Hammer NYC Press Conference Two of the top female fighters today will look to save the physicality for the ring. Can it be done? by Daniel Yanofsky February 26, 2019 History will be made on April 13th in Atlantic City, NJ as two of the top female fighters today will fight in the main event of a Showtime Boxing card. Claressa Shields will look to prove why she is the hottest commodity in boxing today as she faces off against a veteran in Christina Hammer. The two will face off in a press conference in New York City before their history-making bout. With a platform to use their words and not their fists (for now), will Shields (8-0) show off the gift of gab that she is known for? Will the relatively quiet Hammer (24-0, 1 NC) give in to the pressure and stir the pot, or will she stay cool, calm and collected? Check out the live stream below, scheduled to start at 1 p.m. ET.
