Boxing LIVE STREAM: GGG v. Canelo Alvarez II Press Conference (VIDEO) Get ready for some fireworks as two of the best boxers in the world face off in a war of words by Daniel Yanofsky July 3, 2018 After months of debating whether or not this would actually happen, the rematch between Gennady Golovkin v. Canelo Alvarez is officially on! Instead of the planned May fight, the two will duke it out on September 15 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will be for the Middleweight World Title. The last fight they had back in September 17, 2017 was deemed a draw, a controversial ending to a great fight by those who viewed it. After a setback by Canelo (49-1-2), nothing was certain, but Oscar De La Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions worked hard to keep all the key pieces in play. It was a move for the fans, and most importantly, for business. The press conference will be starting today at 4 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on Facebook. The link is provided below: www.facebook.com/GoldenBoyBoxing/ What will be discussed during this press conference? Will GGG (38-0-1) air out his grievances against Canelo? How many times will Canelo duck any questions against his controversial drug test? Only one way to find out!
