Feature Meet Double G Media’s New Director of Marketing, Anna Negron by Staff Post October 14, 2015 Anna Negron (Photo by Milan Stanic) After a month long search, Double G Media, LLC is excited to announce the addition of Anna Negron as their new Director of Marketing. The 24-year old Vineland, NJ native will begin the responsibilities of the role immediately. Anna graduated from Seton Hall University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management, along with completing coursework in Public Relations and Journalism. She brings a variety of experiences to having interned and worked for the New York Mets, Bella Public Relations, IMG Fashion, the New York Knicks and Burson Marsteller. Anna has also been a contributing writer for us here at DoubleGSports.com. Anna has been able to combine her interests in sports, marketing, and public relations while working as a PR Associate for All-America Games, which runs the Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas. She has maintained that positions since 2014. Anna Negron As we move forward and continue to grow DoubleGSports.com into a household name, the addition of Anna to the management team will be noticed by many. After a long search to fill the vacated position, Anna should bring some much need stability. “We needed to find the right person to take on this role,” said DoubleGSports.com Founder Gregg Snyder. “Anna brings a great deal of experience and hard work to the table and we are extremely excited to have her be a part of our management team.” Anna believes her experiences and interests are in perfect alignment with what Double G Media would like to accomplish. “Hopefully great things!” Anna said when asked what can be expected of her in the new position. “I’m a passionate sports fan and an aspiring journalist, so I want to ensure that the writers are being showcased for their talents and readers are able to get credible and reliable information from our site.” Anna takes over for Nicole Sorce who had to step down from Double G Media after obtaining a position with the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes. Nicole remains on board as a special consultant. While there may be a new face taking on the marketing responsibilities, the goal remains the same. “I’m sure some things will be a continuation of what Nicole Sorce had started to implement,” said Snyder of the change. “However, Anna will bring her own ideas, plans, and projects with her own twists. We have complete confidence in Anna and are expecting big things. I told Anna the Marketing Department is hers to run with.
