With just eight players on the roster, there was no time for anyone to take time off. Most of the time, Kendall Cornine played the entire game for Morristown-Beard’s Girls Ice Hockey Team. Never once did she complain.

Cornine was a four-time All-State selection and 2015 State Player of the Year.

The forward finished her career as Morristown-Beard’s all-time leading scorer. She finishes her career with 104 goals, 94 assists for 198 points in 74-career games.

Cornine finished the 2014-15 season with 34 goals and 32 assists for 66 points in 17 games. Morristown-Beard went 16-1 overall.

She is now a freshman at Rochester Institute of Technology, majoring in nutrition management and a player on the women’s ice hockey team. She currently has four goals and five assists in 29 games at RIT.

Cornine is the recipient of the 2015 Double G Sports Award for High School Female Athlete of the Year.
