Philadelphia Wings take down Knighthawks in physical battle

Philadelphia: There are certain games that you always look forward tom, and that is what we had on Sunday night as the Philadelphia Wings took on the Rochester Knighthawks from the Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia.

In the second quarter, you saw one of the goals of the year by Philadelphia Wings’ own Kiel Matisz:

The Wings would take a 6-2 lead at halftime.

In the second half, the Wings kept the pressure on the Knighthawks and would also make things difficult for them to attempt a comeback.

Late in the 4th quarter, things would get very physical and there would be multiple fights. Everyone inside the Wells Fargo Center was loving every minute of it.

The Wings would win the fights above and the game 12-4. The team picks up their fourth win of the season. This is something else to celebrate; they did not get their fourth win until the last game of the 2018-19 season.

The Wings will attempt to build off this win as they take on the New York Riptides on January 24 inside the Wells Fargo Center.
