As a senior captain this past season, Robinson averaged 10.2 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.5 steals per game. She shot 44.3 percent from the floor. “When I first heard the news and saw the television, it was surreal,” said Robinson in a release by the school. “This is something that we, as young women, think about forever and for it to come true is amazing. I am so happy that I could be with my team on this night – the people who helped me get here and grow as a person and a player. I am so excited for what is next. Go Liberty!” Robinson was named to the All-Ivy First Team and Ivy League All-Tournament Team this season. She joins a Liberty roster with seven other players from local colleges. Tina Charles, Kelly Faris, Bria Hartley, Kia Nurse, and Kiah Stokes played college ball at Connecticut, while Kia Vaughn and Epiphanny Prince starred at Rutgers. The only other Ivy League player ever selected in the WNBA Draft was Allison Feaster (Harvard), who was picked fifth overall in the 1998 draft by the Los Angeles Sparks. Former Princeton star Blake Dietrick made the Seattle Storm roster in 2016 and is currently on the Atlanta Dream’s training camp roster. The Liberty also selected Kia Nurse (UConn) and Mercedes Russell (Tennessee).
