Shannon Eadicicco joins Double G Media as Director of Marketing & Communications

Double G Media is excited to announce the hiring of Bayville, New Jersey native, Shannon Eadicicco, as Director of Marketing & Communications. The position, which will lead all marketing, sales, and public relations initiatives is new to Double G Media.

Eadicicco, 22, is a Creative Advertising graduate of Michigan State University. Along with her full understanding of Marketing and Public Relations, she also specializes in art direction, graphic design, and film editing, all useful tools for the regional sports media company and website, DoubleGSports.com. She will also be hands on in the continuous recruitment of new talent.

“We are extremely excited to add Shannon to our team in this new, but very important role,” said Double G Media CEO, Gregg Snyder. “The creation of a Marketing and PR position is essential for the continued growth of our website and we feel we’ve found the perfect person for the job. I know I speak for our entire team when I say I am looking forward to working with Shannon and can’t wait to see our community outreach grow tremendously.”

Eadicicco has experience with branding and marketing campaigns, as well as involvement in philanthropy events. This is something that will benefit Double G Media as the company continues it’s growth and following.

“I am a dedicated person and very outgoing,” said Eadicicco. “I’ll also be able to communicate with people in the community and make them realize they should support their local sports network.”

Marketing might be her career focus, but Eadicicco is no stranger to the sports world. She was a two-sport athlete in high school, playing soccer and lacrosse. She is also a huge New York Rangers fan!

“I am excited to see what Shannon will bring to the Double G Sports team,” said Jeff Auger, Director of Operations. “Her high energy and positive attitude will be a great addition to our team internally as well as helping extend our reach to the local sports communities.”

Her journey with Double G Media begins immediately as she has already begun planning new campaigns and initiatives.
