(Photo by Wendell Cruz – Double G Media) On April 20, the Staten Island Yankees revealed their ticketing updates for the 2017 season. Through a series of tweets they proceeded to inform the fans the following news: The date in which individual game tickets will go on sale is Tuesday, April 25, at 10:00 am. Fans will be able to purchase tickets online by visiting their website, https://siyanks.com , through the phone by calling 718-720-9265 or by visiting the ticketing office located at 75 Richmond Terrace. The Staten Island Yankees are really trying to bring their fans down to ball park. At the beginning of the moth they announce their new “Autism Suites” and they just announce they will be lowering the prices of the advance tickets in the infield reserved sections (Sections 3-14) by two dollars. Instead of paying $18 dollars, fans will now be able to get their tickets at $16 when they purchase them in advance. The tickets for reserved sections 1-2 & 15-16 which normally cost $14 will be $12 in advance. The lower prices will only apply to advance sells, ticket prices will remain the same on the day of the game. Another piece of news, in their effort to make tickets more accessible for fans, they have switch their ticketing system to Ticket Returns, which according to them will offer an easier transition when purchasing tickets and will reduce the online ticket fees by over 40%. The Staten Island Yankees will welcome the Brooklyn Cyclones on June 19, to officially start the 2017 season and there will be fireworks after, so will you be there?
