Soccer Sweat: “I don’t want to miss this opportunity with the US team” by Stefano Bentivogli October 10, 2018 Today was the first day with his national team for Ben Sweat. The NYCFC player is excited, but also determined to hold on to the national team: “I’m meeting new friends, new teammates and a new coach – said Sweat – and I really hope to leave a mark also with the national team. I didn’t come here on vacation, I want to impose myself, I want to make the most of this great opportunity that has been given to me and then see what will happen in the future”. New teammates and new adventure for Ben Sweat with the national team is exciting for him. The National team is in Tampa, area where Sweat grew up: “I expect the visit of family and friends – said Sweat – I am excited to see so many supporters, it is an incredible situation that I am experiencing in Tampa with the National team”.
