GAMING Best Week 13 NFL Betting Predictions & Teaser Picks by Brian Sausa December 5, 2020 The calendar has flipped to December and we are officially making our way down the home stretch of the NFL regular season as we bring you some Week 13 NFL betting predictions. Once again, the schedule is a bit different than we are accustomed to, with two games on Monday and one on Tuesday. But all that means is that the action at online sportsbooks in New Jersey and many other states will be taking place long after the Sunday afternoon slate ends. It doesn’t matter if you prefer standard categories such as moneylines, spreads, and totals, or whether you want to build parlays and take part in live betting, these sportsbooks have something for every bettor and these markets cover every single game. So without any delay, let’s get to our Week 13 NFL betting predictions.. Using DraftKings NFL odds, we’re previewing a couple of primetime games and even offering a teaser/alternate line parlay (depending on what you call it). Week 13 NFL Betting Predictions Broncos vs. Chiefs Picks | Week 13 SNF Predictions Sunday closes in Week 13 with a prime time look at the current Super Bowl favorite, the Kansas City Chiefs. Andy Reid’s team is favored by 13.5 points and even though we don’t normally recommend laying this many points, the Chiefs are one of the very few exceptions. The Broncos may have some quarterbacks dressed for this one, but it may not make too much of a difference on the scoreboard. Denver lost by 27 at home to Kansas City earlier this season and in the two games before last week’s debacle, the Broncos only scored 25 total points before putting up just three against the Saints in Week 12. Denver’s only hope is to limit possessions by running the ball efficiently and killing the clock. But even then, Kansas City doesn’t settle for field goals and the Broncos won’t be able to play catch-up. The Chiefs win by two touchdowns. Pick: Kansas City Chiefs -13.5 (-110) Washington vs. Steelers Predictions | Week 13 Monday Night Football Picks There are two games on Monday night this week, the first of them being the undefeated Steelers hosting the Washington Football Team at Heinz Field. We’ll say right off the bat that Pittsburgh should win this game and move to 12-0 on the season, but giving a touchdown or more is a risky thing after what happened on Wednesday in the 19-14 win over a depleted Baltimore team. For that reason, we look squarely at the total, which is pretty low at 43.5 points. Despite the number not being very high, these two defenses are among the league’s best and we like the under. The Steelers have had several games that didn’t wind up being very high-scoring, including each of the past two weeks and a November 8 matchup with Dallas. Washington keeps things fairly close by slowing the game down with the rushing attack and ultimately, it barely reaches 40 points. Pick: Washington-Pittsburgh Under 43.5 (-110) Week 13 NFL Teaser/Alternate Lines Parlay Teasers are a popular bet among NFL fans looking to wager on multiple games, and for those who are unsure about the point spread set by oddsmakers and want to modify the lines a bit. Teasers are just parlays with alternate lines, so that’s a good way to think about it. Below, we’ve found three games where we adjust the spread by six points and can get +135 odds at DraftKings, which are slightly better than the odds you can obtain by selecting a teaser at some other sites: Green Bay Packers -2.5 (Originally -8.5): Green Bay rolled last week against Chicago while Philadelphia continued it’s massive struggles in a home loss to Seattle. The way things are going for Carson Wentz, it’s hard to see the Eagles keeping this one all that close. The Packers’ offense is playing even better than Seattle’s right now, and this game is at Lambeau. Minnesota Vikings -4 (Originally -10): The Jaguars kept things close with Cleveland and Minnesota is only two weeks removed from losing to Dallas at home. With that said, the Vikings are superior in every category and barring another back-door situation, lowering this line to four points should be safe. New England Patriots +8 (Originally +2): This line was closer to a pick ‘em and now that the Patriots are +2, adding a few more points has us even more confident in this wager. New England’s defense is too strong to get blown out and Belichick will probably hit Justin Herbert with some things the rookie hasn’t seen before.
