NHLPA Released Dates For Rangers and Flyers Player Arbitration Hearings

The four New York Rangers and three Philadelphia Flyers players that filed for salary arbitration have had their hearing dates announced the National Hockey League Players Association on Monday.

Dylan McIlrath of the Rangers will have his arbitration hearing on July 21, on the second day of hearings. Chris Kreider will get to present his case to the arbitrator, against the Rangers on July 22.

The first Flyer player to have his arbitration hearing heard this summer will be Brayden Schenn on July 25. Kevin Hayes of the Rangers has his case heard on July 27. On July 29, it will be Jordan Weal hoping that the arbitrator will award him a nice raise for the upcoming season.

Brandon Manning of the Flyers and J.T. Miller of the Rangers will each have their cases heard by the arbitrator on August 2.

The Rangers and Flyers will be able to continue negotiating with their restricted free agents, up until the hearings in hopes that they may be able to avoid a salary awarded by the independent arbitrator.

All of the players in the NHL that filed for arbitration will have their cases heard between the dates of July 20 and August 4.
