Congratulations to the Long Island Ducks

The Long Island Ducks are the 2016 Liberty League Champions. Long Island faced the Somerset Patriots in a five-game series for the Liberty title last week. After falling behind and losing the first two games in the series, Long Island was able to make an epic comeback. The Ducks were able to capture the last three-games of the series at home this weekend earning them the title.

The Long Island Ducks will now face the Freedom Division champion Sugar Land Skeeters this week. Long Island will head to Constellation Field to face the Skeeters Tuesday night, to start the best-of-five series. On Friday night, the Ducks will host the final games of the series.
