Full Slate of Shows Coming to Double G Radio

In connection with DoubleGSports.com, the Double G Radio Network has announced a full slate of shows moving forward. You may have already heard some of the current shows, and others will be starting within the next couple weeks.

Jason Cordner gets your week started bright and early with the Double G Monday Morning Wake Up, every week from 6-8 AM. Jason, the shows host, does an excellent job recapping the previous weekend while also looking ahead to the week in sports.

Beginning October 27, Inside the Sports World returns to the Double G Radio Network with host Darrin Williamson. This time around, Darrin will be joined by a new co-host in Christine Hamilton. The show will air live on Tuesdays at 7 PM.

Monday and Tuesday shows will be full of analysis, recaps, and some great debates.

We loosen things up on Wednesdays with The XO Show, hosted by Marcia Herold. The XO Show has an ironic name because Marcia considers herself a huge sports fan that does not really care or deal with the X’s and O’s. She prides herself on being a more fun-loving, energetic host. The XO Show is live Wednesdays at 6 PM.

DoubleGSports.com Managing Editor, Jayson Love, hosts a one hour show on Thursdays, called The Love Hour. During his show, Jayson talks all things in area sports. The show airs from 5-6 PM every Thursday.

Wrapping up the work week is Sam Mines with his Friday show, The Sam Mines Sports Show. A little bit of everything here as Sam helps gear you up for the weekend ahead. The Sam Mines Sports Show can be heard live on Fridays at 5:30 PM.

Beginning this Saturday (Oct. 10), a brand new show hits the Double G Radio Network. Do you like hockey? How about a fun, entertaining female duo? Well, Sarah Holzberg and Jackie Daly bring you Droppin’ The Gloves every Saturday at 10 AM. Jackie is all things hockey here on DoubleGSports.com and Sarah is our New York Islanders Lead Writer. Both women are also the beat writers that will be covering the new National Women’s Hockey League, specifically the New York Riveters and Connecticut Whale. The show will cover all sports but have a strong lean toward hockey.
