The Staten Island Yankees were set to play their home opening game against the Brooklyn Cyclones in what  we could call the Single-A version of the subway series on Monday, June 19. This games was set to be the first game of the Made In America Series, where the first 1,500 fans  in attendance were set to receive a free Made in America replica jersey and after the game fireworks, but due to a storm the game was rained out.

The Staten Island Yankees had announce that the game will be made up as part of doubleheader on Saturday, July 8,  with the game starting  at 6 p.m. with gates opening at 5 p.m. The tickets that have been purchases for the Saturday, July 8 game will be valid for both games.

According to the Staten Island Yankees this what you need to know in order to exchange your tickets:

  • All tickets for the Monday, June 19 game must be exchanged at the box office and all exchanges are on a ticket for ticket basis, so please hold onto your tickets. Tickets can be exchanged for any remaining 2017 Staten Island Yankees home game, including the July 8 game. Tickets purchased for June 19 must be exchanged at the box office. All seating is subject to availability and your exchange must be for seats of equal or lesser value.
  • The box office is open during regular business hours Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., or during any home game.
  • If your tickets are part of a group or luxury suite package, have your group leader contact his or her sales rep to organize your exchange.
  • The June 19 game will be played as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, July 8, beginning at 6 p.m. with gates opening at 5 p.m. Both games will be seven innings. Game 2 will begin 30 minutes following the conclusion of Game 1.
  • All previously scheduled promotions for Monday, June 19, will be rescheduled for a date to be determined.
