A Canadian Football League matchup on Thursday featured an interest to Rutgers fans. Former Scarlet Knights wide receiver Tiquan Underwood (Hamilton Tiger-Cats) and defensive end Jamaal Westerman (Winnipeg Blue Bombers) faced-off against one another.

The Tiger-Cats dismantled the Blue Bombers 52-26 in front of 27,279 at Investors Group Field in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Hamilton dominated all facets of the game on offense, defense, and special teams.

Underwood caught five passes for 62 yards in the rout, while Westerman recorded two tackles including a sack and a forced fumble.

The game also featured two former Rutgers rival quarterbacks as Zach Collaros (Cincinnati) was under center for Hamilton, and ex-Louisville signal caller Brian Brohm came in at the end of the first quarter for Winnipeg as their starter was injured.

Hamilton and Winnipeg both are 1-1 on the young season.
