Metropolitan Riveters Forward Rebecca Russo and MeiGray Group Join Forces

Metropolitan Riveters forward, Rebecca Russo, and MeiGray Group teamed up to form the first National Women’s Hockey League’s Game-Used Player Authentic Equipment Program on Thursday.

The new program designed specifically for the NWHL, allows fans and collectors the opportunity to acquire fully authenticated game-used sticks, gloves and helmets directly from the Riveter’s All-Star. The new program will grant fans the opportunity to meet the 23-year-old, Boston University alumna, and receive the items following the games as well as during the post-game autograph sessions.

The 2017 NWHL All-Star Game Fastest Skater, who starred at Shattuck-Saint Mary’s in Faribault, Minnesota said, “I am truly honored to be partnering and represented by MeiGray. I take great pride in my play and how I conduct myself as a person, both on and off the ice.”

During all games at the RWJ Barnabas Health Hockey House, in Newark, New Jersey, as well as on the company’s website, www.meigray.com, fans will receive the opportunity to purchase sticks used by Russo during the games. The fans can also order two to three gloves and two to three helmets that she will wear throughout the season. Collectors will also be allowed to request the items via email at sales@meigray.com.
