Pro Wrestling WWE’s Stephanie McMahon to write a memoir by Daniel Yanofsky May 17, 2016 Over the years, there have been many personal novels discussing the lives of those in professional wrestling. From Mick Foley, to Bret Hart and even Daniel Bryan, there have been many interesting stories told through their eyes. Over time, fans have wanted more more of an insight into the industry they love. They want something to be entertained with; the next big thing to look into. It looks like they got their wish, and then some. According to WWE.com, Stephanie McMahon, the daughter of Vince McMahon, will write and release a tell-all memoir. The “Billion Dollar Princess” revealed the news via her Twitter account: httpss://twitter.com/StephMcMahon/status/732210958861541377 In the article, it explained that Stephanie will share various stories from her time in WWE. Without giving much away, we know she will discuss her early start as Vince’s little girl, to the Chief Brand Officer and leader of The Authority. Her successes and failures will be discussed along with advice to give to future generations of business leaders. In regards to sharing her side, Stephanie stated: “Growing up in the world of WWE has been an incredible journey that has really only just started. I’m thrilled to be able to fulfill a lifelong dream and share an inside look into WWE in my upcoming memoir.” This should be very interesting. What I’m really curious about is to see how the memoir is handled. Will Stephanie be genuine with it and show a side of her we might have never seen before (a vulnerable side)? The alternative would be a very protective/kayfabe book that will provide some fluff. My hope is that it’s the former, as that would truly be best for business. Stephanie has provided a unique opportunity for herself. She can discuss how she was able to start on WWE TV, becoming a pawn in the Vince-Undertaker rivalry (Mrs. Undertaker), backstage politics, working with her father in and out of the ring and business decisions and controversies. I’m sure there will be other topics that only she knows about discussed. Something to definitely look out for is her relationship with Triple H. The couple’s story is no secret, but it would be interesting to see what her thoughts were during her early partnership with Triple H. I am extremely excited for the memoir to arrive. Can you say New York Times bestseller? Watch out Mick Foley, you may have some competition. Where do I sign up for my copy?
