The game went to ten where Columbia scored one in the top of the tenth, enough for them to win 4-3. The second game was a similar story as the Fireflies scored one in the first, but Augusta took three in the bottom half of that inning. Neither side scored until the fifth inning when Columbia took four runs in their split, and Augusta took one in the bottom split, making it a 5-4 score favoring the Fireflies.
