After Blazers advance, Kanter thanks Knicks for cutting him

Enas Kanter roars back, both on and off the field. The former Knick was decisive in game 5 against OKC. Out of the project in New York, Kanter is now a player immovable and necessary in Portland. Kanter had the chance to take his revenge against both OKC and the New York Knicks.

Despite the shoulder injury, Kanter continued to play against OKC and was one of the best in the end. His performance was decisive, he played with a great spirit that also infected his teammates.

And in the end Kanter took his revenge, first on the court against OKC who had rejected him and then in the post game against the Knicks: “First of all, I thank the Knicks for deciding to cut me – it was his first comment at the press conference – this adventure of mine would never have happened without that choice and for this he underlines my appreciation for their organization. Then I wanted to say thanks to all the teams that preferred to ignore me, I tried to sign with so many teams but nobody showed interest in me. Thanks to Lillard and the GM Neil who asked me to come to the Blazers and allowed me to take my revenge.”
