Basketball Kevin Knox Out 2-4 Weeks With Ankle Sprain by Stefano Bentivogli October 22, 2018 Bad news for New York Knicks; The Knicks Rookie Kevin Knox will be out for two-to-four weeks with an ankle sprain suffered against the Boston Celtics. During the game in which the Knicks lost 103-101, the fall of Knox was really scary. Knicks fans feared for the worst, but it was a better prognosis than expected. The curse of Kristaps Porzingis still lingers among the fans who thought the same exact thing happened to Knox. Luckily, the X-rays taken inside the Madison Square Garden were negative. However, it’s still not good news for the Knicks who lose one of their best players at season’s start. Kevin Knox’s injury should help Allonzo Trier, Mario Hezonja and Damyes Dotson find more space. Knox’s injury is less severe than it might have seemed. Knox will not be out for a long time, only a few weeks, and it’s the only good news for New York Knicks.
