Jason Silva-USA TODAY Sports Undefeated rising UFC lightweight Gregor “The Gift” Gillespie is set to face Andrew Holbrook at UFC 210 at the Key Bank Center in Buffalo, New York on Saturday April 8th. Gillespie (8-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) made his UFC debut in September against Glaico Franca at UFC Fight Night 95: Cyborg vs. Lansburg where he picked up an unanimous decision win, improving his professional record to eight-straight wins. Prior to joining the UFC, Gillespie was the reigning Ring of Combat lightweight champion. Holbrook (12-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) is coming off a split decision victory over Jake Matthews at UFC Fight Night 101: Whittaker vs. Brunson in November. Holbrook picked up his first career loss via first round knockout in his bout against Joaquim Silva at The Ultimate Fighter 23: Finale in July of last year. Additional local fighters set to head up to Buffalo for the April pay-per-view include UFC women’s bantamweight Katlyn “Blonde Fighter” Chookagain, UFC featherweight Shane “The Hurricane” Burgos and former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman.
