Football A Giant Problem! The New York Giants QB Daniel Jones and RB Saquon Barkley out maskless by Mecca Lennon October 24, 2020 The New York Giants may have a problem on their hands! Giants quarterback Daniel Jones and injured RB Daniel Jones were seen on video maskless at a bar and they were not social distancing. “We are looking into the nature and context of what is on the video,” in a statement the Giants told NJ Advance Media. The video of the two has since been taken down from Instagram. Jones and Barkley could face discipline from both the Giants and the NFL. They had a dinner in NYC with teammates and friends in a private Friday night, according to a source. A video of Jones sharing a drink with a woman was taken, the source told ESPN’s Jordan Raanan. The NFL has dealt with teams violating social distancing protocols to ensure safety amongst teams and personnel. The NFL fined 10 Raiders players for breaking coronavirus protocols, and the Titans will also face discipline following their unauthorized practice. The New York Giants lost Thursday night 22-21 to the Philadelphia Eagles. The Giants will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Nov. 2 on Monday Night Football.
