College Rutgers Football Starts New TV Show Family, integrity, honor and winning the right way have been the focal points of the Rutgers football program since Greg Schiano took over as head coach. The 30 minute show which will broadcast once a week focuses on those points. by Staff Post August 27, 2010 “R Football” That will be the name of the new television show featuring Rutgers football. Family, integrity, honor and winning the right way have been the focal points of the Rutgers football program since Greg Schiano took over as head coach. The 30 minute show which will broadcast once a week focuses on those points. Fans will have an opportunity to see their favorite Rutgers players off the field. R Football will profile one player each week back in their hometown. Viewers will also get a deeper view into the Rutgers Football Family. Schiano as well as current and former players will be featured on the show as well. The show will air in HD on SNY, The Comcast Network in Philadelphia and South Jersey, MASN, and Sun Sports. “R Football” will make its season debut Thursday September 9 on Sun Sports in Florida. The show also debuts on SNY Friday, September 10 at 4:30pm. Comcast will air the show weekly throughout the season on Friday nights at 10pm and MASN will air the show Saturday mornings at 9am.
