From the New York Giants game against Minnesota being moved to Detroit due to the Metrodome roof collapsing, to the New York Jets strength coach making a bone headed decision to trip a Miami Dolphins player. Our former Scarlet Knights were in action once again. Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice gained 54 yards on 19 carries and caught eight passes for 66 yards. Despite not having a huge output, Rice is our Knight of the Week. The back helped the Ravens improve to 9-4 on the year with the 34-28 overtime win over the Houston Texans. Baltimore remains one game behind the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC North Division. Earlier on Monday night, the Giants finally took on the Minnesota Vikings. New York’s center, Shaun O’Hara once again did not play as he continues to suffer from a foot injury. The Giants dominated the Favre-less Vikings, coming out on top of a 21-3 contest. The Giants are not all set up for their show down next Sunday with the Philadelphia Eagles. Brian Leonard caught two passes for 17 yards but the Cincinnati Bengals fell to the Pittsburgh Steelers by a score of 23-7. Clark Harris handled the long snapping duties for Cincinnati in the loss. Brackett recorded six tackles while Foster also made one in the Colts 30-28 win over the Titans. With the win, Indianapolis still has playoff hopes. With the Jets losing, the New England Patriots took control of the AFC East by defeating the Chicago Bears, 36-7. New England is showing why they are one of the better teams in the league.
