Dylan Molloy wins MVP of MLL All-Star Game

The 2019 MLL All-Star Game was filled with fun and excitement on Saturday night as the contest went down to the wire.  The game in Annapolis was a showcase for some local lacrosse players, as well as 11 Chesapeake Bayhawks who made the All-Star team.

However, the MVP of the All-Star Game was a face more familiar to the Lizards fans on Long Island.  New York’s own Dylan Molloy took home the All-Star Game MVP with a brilliant performance.  Although Brendan Sunday scored the overtime winner to give Team Fire a 16-15 OT win, Molloy took home the honors with five goals and an assist in the effort.

Molloy will be donating New Balance’s $10,000 prize to St. Jude’s Research Hospital.  It’s a great charity and a great way for a professional athlete to give back to the community.  Congratulations to Molloy and the rest of Team Fire on their victory.
