Elliot (13-6-1 MMA, 2-4 UFC) defeated his TUF teammate Hiromasa Ogikubo (15-3-2, 0-0 UFC) via unanimous decision. After a 3-round war the judges scored the bout 30-27, 30-27, 30-27. The champion was in attendance for the bout featured on the show’s season finale Wednesday night on FOX Sports 1. Prior to becoming the Titan FC Flyweight champion in July 2015, Elliot had a three-year stint in the UFC. Two of his losses in the octagon were to former title challengers John Dodson and Josephe Benavidez. The co-main event will feature the traditional coaches bout between UFC flyweights #1 ranked Benavidez and #2 ranked Henry Cejudo. TUF winner Elliot challenges Johnson in a 5-round main event title bout, looking to end the champs 10-fight win streak. The Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale: A Tournament of Champions airs live on December 3rd on FOX Sports 1 starting at 10pm EST.
