Lacrosse Lizards to host “Camp Day” for kids in attendance against Boston by Chris Passarelli July 3, 2019 The New York Lizards may not have gotten off to the best start on the field but they’ve always had the right mindset when it comes to the community. The Lizards will host “Camp Day” for all kids attending July 11th’s home game against the Boston Cannons. The game begins at noon in Shuart Stadium on the campus of Hofstra University. The Lizards will look to redeem themselves after losing their first two contests to the Cannons. As for “Camp Day”, the Lizards will have special games and prizes including photo opportunities with Lazer, the NY Lizards mascot, raffles in the pre-game Fan Zone with prizes including team signed jerseys and cleats and post-game autographs opportunities with Lizards players.
