The party now continues with a series of Victory tour games and one of those games will be in the City of Brotherly Love. On Wednesday, USA Soccer announced two more stops on their World Cup Victory Tour and one of those stops will be in Philadelphia on August 29 at Lincoln Financial Field, the home of the Philadelphia Eagles.
